API acceptable use policy

Integrations with third party services and providers can be enabled as part of your subscription. Any such integration is entirely optional and done so at your request or action. In some cases we will further process limited personal data as part of providing the integration.

Microsoft Teams Integration – Service Description

The SureCloud to Microsoft Teams integration allows SureCloud users to receive their workflow notifications directly within Microsoft Teams so that they have quick and easy access to required action. The integration requires the installation of a Microsoft Teams app (available from the Teams app store). The user will need to install the app that relates to their SureCloud region. The app names are as follows:


  • SureCloud (Europe Region)
  • SureCloud (United States Region)

The Teams integration and associated apps are available free of charge to all active SureCloud subscription customers.
