Can I add products after I sign up?
Yes. All plans are designed to grow. Add products and bolt-ons at any point. Move between plans as your team scales.
Is Gracie AI included in all plans?
Yes. Gracie AI is available across Assure, Automate, and Orchestrate. Advanced Gracie capabilities (cross-domain reasoning, premium model access, custom Skills) are included in Automate and Orchestrate.
Do you charge per user?
No. SureCloud uses named login accounts on Assure (10 included) and unlimited named users on Automate and Orchestrate, no per-seat charges.
How long does implementation take?
Assure is live in as fast as 1 week. Enterprise Orchestrate implementations are scoped with a dedicated project manager.
What integrations are available?
SureCloud offers a library of integrations that connect to your existing tools. The scope of available integrations varies by plan. Orchestrate includes full access to the integrations library and custom API connectivity.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. All plans are designed to scale. Your configuration, data, and history move with you when you upgrade. No migration required.
