Richard is responsible for the SureCloud vision, strategy, and execution. Richard also oversees the continuous innovation of the SureCloud Platform and advises enterprises on GRC practices. Previously, Richard held executive positions at British, European and North American tech companies, where he led sales, marketing, and market development functions.

Nick Rafferty

COO, Co-Founder & EVP North America

Nick oversees SureCloud operations and contributes to the SureCloud GRC Suite. In his career, Nick has held roles in software development and program management, delivering supply chain applications in retail, banking, and finance. Nick has also held senior positions in pre/post-sales support at British and North American tech companies.

Chris Haynes

CFO, Chief Financial Officer

Chris is responsible for financial strategy at SureCloud ensuring it has the right financing, reporting, systems and processes in place to underpin the company’s ambitious growth plans. Chris has been the CFO of several fast-growing technology businesses and most recently a partner and CFO in a venture capital fund where he led multiple fundraising rounds and successful portfolio company exits.

Alex Brown

VP, Product

Alex Brown oversees the definition and delivery of all SureCloud’s product solutions across both GRC and Cybersecurity. Alex previously held senior product management positions at US-based technology companies; Veritas Technologies and Symantec, where he helped bring numerous information management, software and SaaS, solutions to market across EMEA, the Americas and Asia Pacific.

Paul Zeila

VP, GRC Sales

Paul Leads the GRC sales team for EMEA at SureCloud. Paul has worked within the GRC market for over 15 years where he has led sales, alliances and pre-sales functions, developing GTM and sales growth strategies at organisations such as IBM, SAP, ACL and Deloitte. As well as having a strong sales pedigree, Paul has designed and built risk solutions.

Matthew Davies

Product Marketing Director

Matthew Davies is responsible for the go-to-market proposition behind our GRC solution offerings and helps maximise the business value of our solutions. Before SureCloud, Matthew previously held positions in GRC implementation, pre-sales and product development at Deloitte and PWC.

Verity Chinnery

Director, GRC Implementations

Verity is responsible for the implementations team who work closely with clients to solve their complex business problems by delivering SureCloud’s innovative technology solutions. Before SureCloud, Verity worked at PWC as a Technology Risk Senior Associate.

Ayodeji Odunela

Customer Success Manager

Deji is responsible for the customer success team who provide support to assist with client issues and ensuring the value provided by SureCloud justifies investment made by our entire client base. Before this role Deji was a Principle GRC Consultant.

Kenza Benkirane

HR & Compliance Manager

Kenza, CIPD qualified is responsible for the HR & Compliance function in SureCloud. She is responsible for developing and implementing policies, programs and services that contribute to the attainment of corporate and employee goals. She is accountable for ensuring the smooth running of matters around the executive team and the back-office functions of Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Facilities, Legal and Compliance. Prior to joining SureCloud, Kenza was responsible for the HR function for an IT Computer Software Company.
