Additional responsibilities will include wider client support around the SureCloud platform, assisting with management of our infrastructure, deploying client appliances, internal staff technical support, and support of SureCloud’s networks and systems.
You will be mainly responsible for the day-to-day running of the support function and be assisting the Operations Director with ongoing maintenance and improvements to the SureCloud environment.
This role will be extremely client focused, so excellent customer service skills are a must. You will be expected to train and demonstrate the functionality of the SureCloud platform to all new clients and re-train existing clients where appropriate.
The position would be based in our Reading Office or London Office with travel to client sites as and when required.
Working hours will be 9 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday. As is the nature of IT, you may be required on occasion to work outside of these core hours. SureCloud is an equal opportunities employer.
