Position Description: 

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to establish and own all product marketing responsibilities within the business.

This is a strategically important role for the company centered on deeply understanding our customers and owning the effective positioning and messaging of our product and service lines. . While this is an individual contributor role, SureCloud is a small but fast growing company with massive opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the GRC and cybersecurity market space, products and service offerings. Assess market requirements, investigate new technologies, develop recommendations for product direction, and influence pricing plans and go-to-market execution strategies. 
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our target buyers and influencers, empathizing with the business and technical challenges facing the CISO and other cybersecurity and GRC professionals. 
  • Develop and create product and solution messaging and positioning for SureCloud’s suite of GRC products and cybersecurity services that aligns to those business and technical challenges and sets us apart from others in the market. 
  • Effectively articulate and showcase SureCloud’s product and service value to different types of audiences, both internally and externally, at events, on webinars, through LinkedIn, etc. 
  • Plan and launch new products/services and releases of existing products/services, building new value messaging and content to support new capabilities. 
  • Guide the campaign and content strategy and act as subject matter expert for content, events and programs. Create case studies, demos, videos, website copy, blog posts, etc. 
  • Enable Sales/BDR teams and develop sales tools such as customer presentations, datasheets, battle cards and email/call scripts. 
  • Oversee our Analyst Relations engagement, creating and implementing strategies to win mind share and positive analyst positioning and ratings.  
  • Brief the press about new products, capabilities and positioning. 

 Requirements:

    • 5+ years product or solutions marketing experience within B2B SaaS.
    • GRC and/or cybersecurity domain knowledge is a plus but not essential.
    • Proven track record of marketing to a highly technical audience within large organizations. We’re looking for someone who can navigate technical customer challenges and broader business pain points and align them to a solution.
    • Excellent copywriting and public speaking skills. You will frequently have to present to large or senior groups and write engaging copy – telling the ‘story’ of our products for various marketing channels.
    • Self-starter, high energy and ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables with speed, quality and accuracy.

Location:

London or Reading office, or remote (but would require travel into the London or Reading office approx. once a week).
