Cloud-based, Integrated Risk Management solutions and Cybersecurity services provider, SureCloud, has expanded its Reading innovation centre to further increase its GRC solution offering, and to accommodate its latest graduate recruitment drive.
The Reading office, which has expanded by nearly 60%, will support SureCloud’s strategic plans to serve its growing customer base, whilst developing new software and services. The additional space also caters for imminent plans to recruit nine more GRC graduates on the back of last year’s success, whereby SureCloud initially employed 12. Four cybersecurity graduates will also be employed in the Reading office by the end of 2019.
Speaking on SureCloud’s expansion and plans, Alex Hollis, Services Director (GRC), said:
“SureCloud is going through an exciting period of growth, expanding its portfolio of products and services to suit businesses’ rapidly changing digital needs. Having opened the Reading Innovation Centre in June 2018 with five members of staff, it is fantastic to see our teams grow so quickly with new talent. Our graduate recruits are a huge asset in facilitating our success, bringing positive energy and innovation to our teams. In turn, we are pleased to provide them with the necessary skills to launch their careers in a highly sought-after field.”
IT Graduate Simran Johal joined SureCloud through the scheme and works at the Reading innovation centre. Speaking on the position, she said:
“For individuals who have a thirst to learn and a natural logical and problem-solving nature, this is a great position. The role exposes a multitude of opportunities to interact with clients and be challenged by different obstacles, ensuring no two days are the same. However, if needed a call for help is never too far. In the Reading innovation centre, we work as a real team – helping each other to learn, achieve and succeed. I would highly recommend SureCloud to graduates in the Reading area and beyond.”
