Where will you fit in?
You will be joining the Product Team as part of SureCloud’s Graduate Program, with a structured progression path for the first 2 years. In that period, SureCloud will provide the necessary technical, project and soft skills to launch your career in a highly sought-after market. If you decide to stay, and we hope you do, then there will also be opportunities for further progression vertically or horizontally in a rapidly growing company.
As part of the product team, you will work closely with our key internal and external stakeholders to design and build our GRC solutions that we take to market. We deliver the solutions by configuring the SureCloud platform to produce and maintain our GRC and Cyber offerings. You’ll learn how to effectively manage complicated projects and have a hands-on approach to all aspects of end-to-end software delivery, gaining a large amount of responsibility early in your career.
Who we’re looking for?
We are looking for logically minded people, who bring positive energy into the team. You should be someone who seeks out solutions to complex problems, identifying the right solution not just for the product but for the customer. You should be accountable individuals who own their mistakes who learn from them, and exercise good judgement based on their experiences.
Required Skillset:
- Degree in a technical STEM discipline (eg., Computer science, Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Engineering).
- Able to manage multiple activities in parallel, while maintaining a level head.
- Logical mind, able to think through solutions quickly and consider alternatives.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Personable but professional.
- Experience in coding.
- Determined and results-focused.
Desired Skillset:
Experience in:
- Coding.
- Managing projects and stakeholders.
- Business studies, risk management or compliance management.
